What you need to know: • Make sure to wear comfortable sports clothing and footwear suitable for running and climbing. • Have an energizing breakfast to stay full of strength! • There are no changing rooms on-site, so arrive dressed and ready for the workout. • Bring water with you to stay hydrated. • If you have any health issues, inform the trainers before the workout begins. A medical certificate is not required, but please take care of your health.
