Spartan, it's not just obstacles: Experience the MOST BEAUTIFUL trail run in the heart of Slovakia

Do you also prefer to run in the woods than in the city? Spartan has prepared a unique trail weekend in the heart of the Kremnické vrchy.

On the second weekend of July 8-9, 2023, lovers of running will meet at the Ski Králiky resort. This time, however, under the Spartan brand, they will not try the obstacle course. Trail routes of all levels of difficulty await competitors. While on Saturday the runners will test their strength on a half-marathon or nutritious 50 km course, on Sunday they will have a 10 km race.

However, even the smallest ones will have their own fun on both weekend days. For them, the organizers are preparing obstacle races for children between the ages of 4 and 14. Individual tracks and obstacles are adapted to be a sufficient challenge for the given age category. All children who finish the race will receive a medal and a Spartan T-shirt at the finish line.

An unrepeatable experience awaits runners in the wonderful nature of the Kremnické Hills. They will enjoy meadows, forests and breathtaking views, either on the Banská Bystrica or Kremnica side. "On the track, they will come across several interesting things that will add a special charm to the run. They can look forward to a "small Slovak paradise" with ladders in the rocks, a hill steeped in legends, picturesque lakes and even run past the wreckage of the plane," said event director Magdaléna Lehocká.

The director of the event herself went through the routes of the upcoming runs and did not hide her enthusiasm. "They are really varied and runners will definitely not be bored. I am convinced that the most beautiful trail run in the heart of Slovakia awaits them," added Lehocká.
